· Cancellation: For booking a 30% non refundable deposit will be charged. The balance is payable on arrival. In case of a non show or a departure before the check out day 100% of the total amount will be charged.
· Prepayment: The Payment Deposit of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking.
· Taxes and service charges: 13 % VAT is included. 0.50 % city tax is included. A service charge is not applicable
· The prices does not inclue a Stay Tax 1,50 eur per night/person
Children and extra beds
Free! One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a child's cot/crib.
The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Pets are not allowed.
